Refund Policy

At Laggye , we aim to ship all orders within 24-48 working hours. In the event we are unable to fulfill an order, it will be cancelled, and you will be notified via email or text. Store credit will be offered in such cases.

- For exchanged or returned items, a coupon code of equal value will be issued as store credit.

- Store credit will be processed the same day your return or exchange is confirmed.

- Shipping charges and discounts are non-refundable.

- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
