 At Laggye, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.


 Returns and Exchanges


- Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items. We do not offer exchanges or returns for products based on change of mind or incorrect size.

- Request: To request a return or exchange, please contact us at support@Laggye.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defective or damaged product.

- Shipping: Items must be shipped back to us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure we receive your return.

- Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange. Items not meeting these criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.


 Refunds and Store Credit


- Refunds: We do not provide refunds. Instead, if an exchange is not possible, a store credit will be issued.

- Store Credit: Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used on any future purchase at Laggye.


 Non-Eligible Items


- Hygiene Products: Items such as mouth fresheners, personal hygiene products, and any used products are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

- Sale Items: Products purchased on sale or with discounts are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

- Customized Products: Items that have been personalized or customized are non-returnable.


 Procedure


  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@Laggye.com to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Ship Back: Send the product back to our address at 4th Floor, Kalp Business Center, Citylight, Surat.
  3. Quality Check: Upon receipt, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  4. Resolution: We will process the exchange or issue a store credit as applicable.

 Important Notes


- Damage During Shipping: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it immediately with photographic evidence.

- Misplaced Items: Laggye is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping method.

- Policy Changes: Laggye reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
